Advances on Export Exchange Contracts (ACC)
Pre-shipment financing modality that provides to the exporters of goods and services with working capital required to produce goods to be exported. ACC is a partial or full advance of the value of the goods to be exported. The resources in national currency, equivalent to foreign currency are credited to the exporter’s current account converted at the exchange rate on the day the exchange was contracted.

Advance on Export Shipment Documents (ACE)
Post-shipment financing modality that gives the exporter goods and services the possibility to offer better terms to custumers abroad. Financing in ACE phase occurs with the contracting of export exchange after shipment of the goods and the drafts (shipping documents) have been presented. Through this closed exchange, partial or total advances of Brazilian Reais equivalent of the foreign currency will be done.

The ACC and ACE phases can total a maximum period of 1,500 days, regardless whether it is pre- or post-shipment.
