Training and Development
Within the human resource management policy, the Bank has various training programs that improve the skills , identifies talents and enhances the workforce. These programs include courses, workshops and lectures, structured on two pillars: topics related to the Bank’s area of work and important issues for the whole organization such as Sustainability, Information Security, Prevention of Money Laundering, Corruption and Crime, among others.
The Bank also supports academic education by promoting scholarship programs, allowing employees to widen their opportunities for professional and personal growth, increasing the number of professionals with higher education and/or specialized training in graduate programs, MBA, MSc and English courses within the Organization.
There is also the Educational Program for Sustainability that seeks to develop knowledge and skills to promote the sustainable development of CCB Brasil and its Stakeholders. This program is supported by internal campaigns, general and specific training courses and other initiatives aimed at certain groups of stakeholders.
