CCB Brazil's Whistleblower Channel was created to increase the bank's commitment to the transparency and business ethics, as well as assisting in the fight against corruption, fraud and other criminal practices or misconduct.
This independent, stealthy and impartial channel is available for CCB Brazil's external and internal public and other companies that are controlled by CCB Brazil.
The complaint should be made through the website, in the section Contact Us, selecting the category “Whistleblower Channel”. If you choose anonymity, do not fill in the fields: Name and e-mail.
The complaint may be anonymous and all information will be treated with absolute confidentiality. To optimize the analysis, the information must be trues and provided as completely as possible. The documents, substantiating the complaint, must be included.
What should be reported?
Noncompliance of laws, regulations and procedures
Noncompliance with any internal or external law, rule or norm.
Theft, embezzlement or fraud
Any unlawful act against employees, customers, users, shareholders, business partners and suppliers by any means, as well any attempt to cover it up.
Dishonest conduct and conflicts of interest
Dishonest conduct by any employee at any level of organization or any situation or action that will conflict with the company interests.
Data manipulation or falsification
Changes of any data or information, for the purpose of covering up the errors or committing fraud, results, finances, operations, statistics or to do any illegal advantage.
