Training and development

As part of its human resources management policy, the Bank has several specific institucional training programs to encourage the development and improvement of employees. These programs include courses, related to the Bank's areas and activities and important issues for the entire Organization such as Sustainability, Information Security, Prevention of Money Laundering, Corruption and Illicit, Internal Controls and Risk Operational, among others.
