Advances on Export Exchange Contracts (ACC)
Pre-shipment financing that provides exporters of goods and services with the working capital required to produce the goods to be exported.
ACC is a partial or full advance on the value of the goods to be exported. The Brazilian currency equivalent of the foreign currency is credited to the exporter’s current account using the currency rate on the day the foreign exchange transaction is closed.
Advance on Export Shipment Documents (ACE)
Post-shipment financing that enables the exporter of goods and services to offer better terms to customers abroad.
Financing in the ACE phase takes place once the goods have been shipped and the drafts (shipping documents) have been presented. This exchange transaction permits a partial or full advance of the local currency equivalent of the foreign currency.
