In August 2020, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) came into force, which defines a series of rules on the collection, storage, treatment and sharing of personal data by companies and organizations across the country.
The main objective of LGPD is to protect personal data, to provide more transparency to data subjects regarding the obligations of those responsible for processing such data. For this, the law brings important precepts, such as transparency, security, minimization, and adequacy.
The Privacy and Data Protection Policy of CCB Brazil Conglomerate’s aims to ratify this Institution's commitment to protect clients’ data by all means, especially on all CCB Brazil websites and applications. Such Policy regulates the way we collect, process, share, transmit, delete, use (“treat”) your personal data, under Law 13.709 / 2018 “General Data Protection Law - LGPD”.
The DPO (Data Protection Office) is responsible for accepting complaints and communications, providing clarifications or adopting measures of interest to data subjects, and receiving communications from the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), in addition to other duties provided for by law or that are established by the National Data Protection Authority.
